Registration
To register for the conference, tourist programmes and to make a hotel reservation, please use the on-line registration form or the downloadable version. Registration is open to members of the EGEE-II project, its related projects and members of the grid user community.
Please note, that one form has to be filled in for each delegate.

Registration deadlines and fees:
Early Bird (before 13 July): 360 ?
Late (from 14 July to 22 September): 450 ?
On-site (from 23 September): 550 ?
One Day Early Bird: 120 ? Late: 160 ?
Two Day Early Bird: 240 ? Late: 300 ?
Full week registration fee for EGEE'07 includes:
* Participation in all conference programme;
* Entrance to the exhibition;
* Conference material;
* Lunches;
* Morning and afternoon coffee;
* Welcome Cocktail on Monday, 1 October;
* Gala-Dinner on Wednesday, 3 October.
Payment
All bookings and payments of the registration fee, accommodation and tourist programmes should be made through Conference Tours Ltd.
Reservations will be handled on a "first come - first served" basis.
All payments are requested in ? except from Hungarian participants.
Payment may be made securely using the on-line registration form by credit card or via bank transfer (for bank details see registration form). Please note that participants are required to pay bank charges when paying by bank transfer.
If payment has not been received before the conference and no proof of transfer can be provided, on-site payment will be requested. (This will be refunded as soon as the transfered amount is received.) To cover the rest of the charges, cash, checks, and credit cards are also accepted on the conference site.
Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to Conference Tours for effecting the refund of the registration fee as follows:
* before 30 June: the paid amount will be returned (except 30 ? handling fee and bank charges)
* from 30 June to 10 August: 70% of the paid amount will be returned (except 30 ? handling fee and bank charges)
* from 10 August to 21 September: 50% of the paid amount will be returned (except one-night hotel price)
* after 21 September: no refund is possible
Changes or cancellations must always be made in writing, by fax or by e-mail.
VISA requirements, Letter of invitation
Entrance to Hungary is visa free for citizens of EU member countries and most other countries, but you are advised to check at the Hungarian embassies or consulates in your country.
Conference registrants who require invitation letters in order to process their VISA requests should correspond with Conference Tours via e-mail. Please make requests no later than the 15th of August to allow time for delivery via Postal Service or FAX prior to scheduled interviews.
